Preparation

Cooking Instructions

Thaw under refrigeration (40°F) for no more than 48 hours prior to cooking.

MICROWAVE HEATING: Portion 2 oz. in ceramic ramekin. Heat on high 30 sec. Stir and check temperature.  If further heating required, heat in 15 second intervals on high.

THERMALIZER: Heat from frozen or thawed state until temperature of 165°F reached.  DO NOT REFREEZE.
