CONVENTIONAL OVEN (350°F): Place on foil or baking sheet. Cook FROZEN product 23 minutes* / THAWED product 12 minutes*.

MICROWAVE OVEN 1100 Watt: Cook FROZEN product 2 minutes 15 seconds* / THAWED product 1 minute 10 seconds*.

MICROWAVE OVEN 700 Watt: Cook FROZEN product 2 minutes 30 seconds* / THAWED product 2 minutes*.
