PREPARATION & STORAGE

Preparation

For food safety and quality, read and follow the COOKING INSTRUCTIONS to ensure that the product reaches an internal temperatures of 165°F.

1. Place product in a single layer on a cooking tray.
2. Cook at times indicated below.*
3. Using potholders, remove from oven. CAUTION: PRODUCT WILL BE HOT!

Since ovens vary, cooking times may need to be adjusted to reach 165°F. The temperature of product and amount of product to be cooked will affect the cooking time. For larger quantities, increase cooking time as required to achieve 165°F.

CONVENTIONAL OVEN 350°F: Cook Frozen product 23 minutes / Thawed product 14 minutes.

CONVECTION OVEN 350°F: Cook Frozen product 14 minutes / Thawed product 9 minutes.

MICROWAVE OVEN 1100W: Cook Frozen product 2 minutes / Thawed product 1 minute 10 seconds.

MICROWAVE OVEN 700W: Cook Frozen product 2 minutes 30 seconds / Thawed product 2 minutes.

FRYER 350°F-375°F: Cook Frozen product 4 minutes / Thawed product 2 minutes 30 seconds.

*Indivdual ovens cook differently. Cooking times are approximate. If thawing, product must be thawed under refrigeration (40°F) for a maximum of 7 days. DO NOT REFREEZE.
