Croque Monsieur
Ingredients

Bread, multi-grain, whole-wheat, 100 slices -- 87.5 oz

Dijon mustard -- 9 oz

Ham, 200 slices -- 200 oz

Olive oil -- 8 fl.oz

Gruyere Sauce, (see separate recipe) -- 100 oz
Preparation

1For each sandwich, spread 1 tsp mustard on 1 slice bread. Add 4 slices ham.

2In a preheated sauté pan, add olive oil. Once the oil is hot, gently press sandwich together and place in sauté pan. After one side is golden brown, flip the sandwich. It may be necessary to add additional oil.

3When both sides of the sandwich are golden brown, top with 2 oz Gruyere Sauce and serve.
