Preparation
- OPEN pouch with our easy tear feature.
- POUR the full package of Country Gravy mix gradually into 1 gallon of room temperature water.
- STIR briskly with wire whisk until smooth, bring to boil (212 ͦ F / 100 ͦ C) and continue to STIR until thickened.
- 1 package (1 lb 6 oz) Gravy Mix + 1 gallon room temperature water = yields 1 gallon + 1-3/4 cups Country Gravy
- 1 cup + 2 Tbsp (5.5 oz) Gravy Mix + 1 qt room temperature water = 1 quart + 1/2 cup Country Gravy
- 1/2 cup + 1 Tbsp (2.7 oz) Gravy Mix + 2 cups room temperature water = yields 2 1/4 cups Country Gravy
