Qualifying operators will receive the cash equivalent of one case for every two qualifying cases of New Stouffer’s White Cheddar Mac & Cheese (“Qualifying Product”) purchased between 4/15/17–12/31/17 (“Promotion Period”). Cash equivalent will be calculated based on the price of a single case of the Qualifying Product price shown on distributor invoice or tracking report. Rebate limited to three (3) free cases per sku with maximum $195.00 total rebate per operator. To receive your rebate complete the New Stouffer’s White Cheddar Mac & Cheese BUY ONE, GET ONE CASE Redemption Form (“Redemption Form”) and send via mail, email, or fax with copies of your distributor invoices or tracking reports showing purchases of Qualifying Products purchased during the Promotion Period.
