Ingredients

Stouffer's Green Pepper Steak 4 x 72 ounces 72 oz
Bread, whole-wheat, slider buns 24 each
Sesame seed oil 2 fl.oz
Minor's Teriyaki Sauce RTU 4 x 0.5 gallon 24 oz
Radishes, raw, julienne cut 6 oz
Bean sprouts 6 oz
Carrots, raw, julienne cut 6 oz
Scallions, thin bias cut 1 oz
Cilantro, leaves 1 oz

Method

  1. Prepare Green Pepper Steak according to label directions. Set aside and hold warm for service.
  2. Pre-heat flat top griddle to medium heat.
  3. Using a grilling brush, evenly distribute oil over griddle and toast buns lightly, set aside.
  4. In a large mixing bowl add radish, bean sprouts, carrots, onions and cilantro. Toss gently.
  5. To serve: Using a slotted spoon, portion Green Pepper Steak and place onto each slider bun. Accompany with 3 oz. Teriyaki Sauce and 1 oz. of vegetable mixture.
