Basil Pesto Chik’n Pizza with Sweet Earth® Mindful

  • 14” inch pizza dough, stretched -- 1 ea
  • Garlic butter, warmed -- 1 oz
  • Plant-based mozzarella cheese, shredded -- 6 oz
  • Sweet Earth Mindful Chik’n -- 1 cup
  • Fresco peppers or mini sweet peppers, sliced -- 1 oz

    Place pizza stone in the oven and pre-heat to 450F.

    Dust a pizza peel with semolina flour and then the stretched out 14” dough.

    Brush the entire surface with garlic butter. Add mozzarella cheese, then top with pesto, Mindful Chik’n and fresno peppers.

    Bake in the oven until the crust is golden brown and the dough is cooked through.

    Remove pizza from the oven and rest. Cut into even portions.

Toss the Mindful Chik’n with a little oil, salt and seasoning before putting on top of pizza just for some added caramelization and flavor.
