Ingredients

Smoky Black Beans, cooked10-1/2 oz
Tomatoes, small dice3 oz
Corn, roasted, kernels9 oz
Red onion, medium diced3-1/4 oz
Cilantro, fresh, chopped1/4 oz
Minor's Fire Roasted Jalapeño Flavor Concentrate Gluten Free 6 x 13.6 ounces1-1/2 oz
Red wine vinegar4 fl.oz
Olive oil4 fl.oz
Scallions, cut on a bias1 oz

 

Method

  1. In a mixing bowl, combine the beans, tomatoes, corn, onion, and cilantro and mix thoroughly.
  2. In a second mixing bowl, thoroughly combine the Flavor Concentrate, vinegar and oil.
  3. Add the jalapeno/oil/vinegar mixture to the black beans and corn. Mix thoroughly.
  4. Fold in scallions and refrigerate until service.
