  • Chef-mate Que Bueno Nacho Cheese Sauce -- 3 cups
  • Oil, neutral -- 2 Tbsp
  • Eggs, beaten -- 8 ea
  • Tortilla Chips
  • Black beans, canned, drained and rinsed -- 1 can
  • Guacamole, prepared -- 1 ¼ cup
  • Sour cream -- ¾ cup
  • Jalapeno, fresh, sliced -- 2 ea
  • Cilantro, fresh, chopped -- ½ bunch
  • Pico de gallo, prepared -- 1 cup
  • Red onion, sliced, pickled -- ½ cup
