Cauli-fredo Neapolitan Style Pizza

Pizza dough ball, prepared

2 ea

Stouffer's Cauliflower Alfredo

1/4 cup

Cauliflower, 1/4” florets, roasted golden brown

1/2 cup

Red onion, julienne

2 Tbsp

Ricotta cheese, fresh

1/4 cup

Parsley, chiffonade

3 Tbsp

Lemon zest


Hot honey

as needed



  1. Preheat wood-burning oven to 850F°, or a conventional oven to 450F°.
  2. On a floured surface, roll pizza dough out to an 8-in. circle. Transfer to a floured pizza peel.
  3. Spread alfredo sauce evenly across the surface of the pizza dough.
  4. Evenly top with cauliflower and onion.
  5. Bake pizza about 2-4 minutes (5-7 minutes for conventional oven), rotating if needed.
  6. Garnish pizza with ricotta, parsley, lemon zest, and hot honey.
