Chai Spiced Fondue made with Nestlé Toll House Chocolate Chip Cookie Spread

Cream cheese, softened

 12 oz.
Heavy cream 12 fl. oz.
Ground cinnamon 1 Tbsp.
Ground ginger 1 Tbsp.
Ground cardamom 2 tsp.
Fine ground black pepper 1 tsp.

Nestlé Toll House Chocolate Chip Cookie Spread

 24.5 oz.
Dark brown sugar 3 1/2 oz.

 

Method

  1. In sauce pan, add cream cheese, cream, and spices and cook slowly over low heat. Whisk until smooth and warm. Remove from heat.
  2. Fold in Nestlé Toll House Chocolate Chip Cookie Spread and dark brown sugar until well incorporated.
  3. Serve 3 oz. portion in ramekin, topped with a #60 scoop of cookie spread in center, with fresh fruit and 2 chocolate dipped biscotti for dunking.
