  1. In a bowl, combine Graham cracker crumbs, 4 oz of Butterfinger Pieces, 6 oz sugar and butter. Mix well. Place 1 cup of crumb mixture into each of six (8-inch) cheesecake pans. Press crumbs to sides and bottom of pans.
  2. In a mixer, using a flat beater, blend cream cheese until smooth.
  3. Gradually add eggs to cream cheese while beating.
  4. Add 1.5 lb Butterfinger Pieces, 18 oz sugar and vanilla to cheese mixture. Beat on high speed for 5 minutes.
  5. Place 1 lb., 4 oz. filling in each pan.
  6. Bake as follows: Convection oven 300°F for 35-40 minutes Conventional oven 350°F for 40-45 minutes. DO NOT OVERBAKE.
  7. In a separate bowl, combine sour cream, 4 oz sugar, 4 oz of Butterfinger Pieces and vanilla. Spread 3/4 cup of topping on each cake.
  8. Bake an additional 5 minutes.
