Pork, braised and pulled

Yellow rice, prepared

Radishes, sliced

  1. Combine the braised pulled pork, tomato sauce, and Chorizo Skillet in a sauté pan over medium heat. Bring to a simmer and let cook for about 15 minutes, stirring occasionally, until heated through.
  2. Serve the Chile Colorado with the prepared yellow rice on side, garnished with radishes and chopped cilantro.
