|Dark chocolate||8 oz|
|Heavy cream||5 fl oz|
|Egg whites||6 ea|
|Nestlé Butterfinger Pieces||1 cup|
|NESCAFÉ Cold Brew Coffee Concentrate||8 fl oz|
|Powdered sugar||as needed|
- For the chocolate mousse: Melt the chocolate over a double boiler with the cream.
- Whisk until smooth. White the egg whites to a stiff peak and fold into the chocolate once the chocolate is cool.
- To assemble: Pipe 1/4 cup of the Toll House cookie dough into the bottom of a mason jar.
- Next layer with the mousse, then Butterfinger pieces, then ladyfingers soaked in cold brew, then mousse, then Butterfinger pieces.
