Cold Brew Butterfinger Tiramisu

Toll House Cookie Spread, and NESCAFÉ Cold Brew soaked lady fingers with a rich mocha mousse.



Nestlé Toll House Chocolate Chip Cookie Dough 1 cup
Dark chocolate 8 oz
Heavy cream 5 fl oz
Egg whites 6 ea
Nestlé Butterfinger Pieces 1 cup
Lady fingers 12 ea
NESCAFÉ Cold Brew Coffee Concentrate 8 fl oz
Powdered sugar as needed



  1. For the chocolate mousse: Melt the chocolate over a double boiler with the cream.
  2. Whisk until smooth. White the egg whites to a stiff peak and fold into the chocolate once the chocolate is cool.
  3. To assemble: Pipe 1/4 cup of the Toll House cookie dough into the bottom of a mason jar.
  4. Next layer with the mousse, then Butterfinger pieces, then lady fingers soaked in cold brew, then mousse, then Butterfinger pieces.
