Cold Brew Coffee Jerky

Beef tenderloin, sliced into 1/8'' strips 2-3 inches long12 oz
Soy sauce1 cup
NESCAFÉ Cold Brew Coffee Concentrate1/2 cup
Chinese 5-spice1/2 tsp
Coriander, toasted and ground1 tsp
Mustard powder1 tsp
Freshly cracked black pepper1/2 tsp



  1. Whisk together the soy sauce, cold brew, Chinese 5-spice, coriander, mustard powder and freshly cracked black pepper.
  2. Marinate the meat 4-6 hours.
  3. Pre-heat the oven to 165°F.
  4. Drain the marinade and lay the meat slices out on a wire rack w/a sheet pan underneath.
  5. Bake the tenderloin slices for 4-5 hours until the jerky forms.
