Bread, multi-grain, whole-wheat, 100 slices87.5 oz
Dijon mustard9 oz
Ham, 200 slices200 oz
Olive oil8 fl.oz
Gruyere Sauce, (see separate recipe)100 oz



  1. For each sandwich, spread 1 tsp mustard on 1 slice bread. Add 4 slices ham.
  2. In a preheated sauté pan, add olive oil. Once the oil is hot, gently press sandwich together and place in sauté pan. After one side is golden brown, flip the sandwich. It may be necessary to add additional oil.
  3. When both sides of the sandwich are golden brown, top with 2 oz Gruyere Sauce and serve.
