| Wine, red | 1 1/2 fl oz |
| Ginger ale | 1 1/2 fl oz |
| Rum | 1/2 oz |
| Pineapple chunks | 1/2 cup |
Method
- In a large glass, add pineapple chunks, prepared hibiscus passion black tea, wine, ginger ale and rum. Stir. Garnish with fresh pineapple slice.
