Chard, Swiss or rainbow, cooked, without salt, boiled, drained, chopped with stems2 cups
Cranberries, dried, sweetened1/2 cup
Nuts, chestnuts, European, roasted, 1 cup4 oz

 

Method

  1. Bake Yams & Apples according to package directions.
  2. Fold in Swiss chard, cranberries, and chestnuts.

Toasted walnuts or pecans can be substituted for chestnuts. *When using Gluten Free ingredients, recipes and proper back of house procedures.
