Chicken leg portion5 lb
Vegetable oil4 oz
Minor's Honey Citrus Pepper RTU Sauce 4 x 0.5 gallon6.5 oz
Minor's Chicken Base (No Added MSG)* 6 x 1 pound2 oz

Method

  1. In a bowl, combine oil and Chicken Base to form paste. Rub paste into all chicken pieces and place on sheet.
  2. Roast chicken pieces on a sheet pan in a 375°F preheated convection oven. Chicken must be cooked to an internal temperature of 165°F.
  3. During the last 5 minutes of cooking, brush each leg with 1 tbsp of Honey Citrus Sauce.
