Honey Citrus Pepper Grilled Chicken Wrap

Preparation

Ingredients

Chicken breast fillet20 oz
Avocado, sliced2 cups
Tomato, chopped2 cups
Salad, field greens, washed, dried10 oz
Minor's Honey Citrus Pepper RTU Sauce 4 x 0.5 gallon3/4 cup
Wraps, Multi-Grain, 2 oz. each10
Yogurt, plain, low fat1 1/2 cups

Method

  1. Grill chicken breasts on a pre-heated grill until cooked through. Allow to cool and julienne cut.
  2. Blend the Honey Citrus Pepper RTU Sauce and the yogurt. Cover and refrigerate for service.
  3. Toss the flavored yogurt with the avocado, tomato, mixed greens and chicken.
  4. Divide filling into 10 equal portions. Place one portion on top of each wrap, fold up, and secure with a toothpick if needed.
  5. If desired, serve with 1 oz. of sweet potato chips.
