Ingredients

Pork, cooked, pulled, 7-1/2 cups30 oz
Minor's Korean Style BBQ Sauce RTU 4 x 0.5 gallon, 2-1/2 cups1.25 lb
Rice, cooked, 2-1/2 qt. warm2.5 lb
Broccoli, Broccolini, cooked, medium diced, 5 cups10 oz
Mirepoix, cooked0
Onions, raw, small dice, 10 tbsp.3 oz
Celery, small dice, 10 tbsp.3 oz
Carrot, small dice, 10 tbsp.3 oz
Minor's Korean Style BBQ Sauce RTU 4 x 0.5 gallon, 2-1/2 cups1.75 lb

 

Method

  1. Warm bowl in warmer or low oven.
  2. Coat the pulled pork with 2 oz. of the Korean Style BBQ RTU.
  3. To make mirepoix, in a small sauté pan, cook onions, celery, and carrot until translucent.
  4. To assemble, in this order: Rice, Korean Style BBQ RTU, Mirepoix, Broccolini.

Garnish with scallions and sesame seeds
