Lean Cuisine Macaroni & Cheese 4 x 76 ounces 76 oz
Olive oil 0.75 cup
Onion, white, julienne 4 qt
Tomato, julienne 20 oz
Spinach, fresh, baby 5 cup
Tomatoes, sun-dried 10 oz


  1. Prepare Stouffer’s Lean Cuisine Macaroni and Cheese according to package instructions.
  2. In a large pot over medium high heat, add olive oil and onions. Cook onions, stirring occasionally, until evenly caramelized, approximately 25-30 minuets. Remove from heat and set aside.
  3. Using a large bowl or 4” steam table pan combine Stouffer’s Lean Cuisine Macaroni and Cheese, caramelized onions, sundried tomatoes and baby spinach; mix until well blended and ingredients are evenly distributed.
  4. To Serve – Place 8 oz. servings of macaroni into bowls.
