Preparation

Ingredients

Red bell pepper, minced 1 cup
Green Bell Pepper, minced 1 cup
Cheddar cheese, sharp, shredded 6 oz
Corn, yellow, kernels, frozen, or fresh, cooked 11.5 oz
Parsley, fresh, washed, chopped 1 oz
Cayenne pepper 1.5 tsp
Minor's Pork Gravy Mix, Prepared 32 oz
Cereals, corn grits, white, regular and quick, enriched, cooked with water, with salt 80 oz

Method

  1. Mix minced peppers and shredded cheese for confetti mix.
  2. Mix prepared grits with the corn and parsley and heat thoroughly.
  3. Prepare Pork Gravy Mix per package instructions. Mix in cayenne pepper to 1 qt. of gravy and keep warm.
  4. Spoon 1 cup of grits on a serving plate, followed by 3 oz. Pork Gravy Top gravy with confetti before serving.
