Cookie Dough Energy Bar made with Nestlé Toll House Chocolate Chip Cookie Spread

Dried apricots, chopped

 1/3 cup
Dried dates, chopped 1/3 cup
Dried currants 1/3 cup
Golden raisins, chopped 1/3 cup
Slivered almonds 1/4 cup
Flaxseed 1 Tbsp.
Sunflower seeds 1/4 cup
Puffed rice 1 cup
Rolled oats 1 cup

Nestlé Toll House Chocolate Chip Cookie Spread

 1/4 cup
Almond butter 1/4 cup
Honey 1/4 cup



  1. In a 350°F oven, toast slivered almonds, rolled oats, sunflower seeds, and flaxseed, until lightly toasted and fragrant.
  2. Combine almond butter and honey together in a small sauce pan. Heat over medium-low heat until it begins to bubble. Immediately spread over the dry ingredients and begin to mix. Once halfway incorporated, add in Nestlé Toll House Chocolate Chip Cookie Spread, then continue mixing.
  3. Pour mixture into a lined and oiled 1/2 sheet pan, then firmly press mixture down into the pan. Refrigerate until firm.
  4. Cut into desired sized pieces.
