Minor's Pad Thai Sauce RTU 4 x 0.5 gallon, 1-1/4 cup 10 oz
Vinegar, Rice wine, 1/2 cup 4 oz
Lime juice, fresh, 1 tbsp. 0.5 oz
Ginger, minced, grated 0.25 oz
Scallions, 1/4 cup 0.5 oz
Sesame seed, 1 tsp. 0.25 oz

Method

  1. In a bowl, whisk together Pad Thai RTU Sauce, rice wine vinegar, lime juice, ginger, scallions, and sesame seeds.
  2. Chill for service.

Use for dressings on cold dishes such as seared Ahi Tuna or Beef Carpaccio.
