Ingredients

Virgin olive oil, 1 tbsp0.5 oz
Shallot, minced, 1/2 cup2 oz
Garlic, cloves, 1/4 cup minced2 oz
Capers in brine, drained, chopped, 1/2 cup2 oz
Minor's Lemon Wine Sauce Gluten Free 4 x 2.5 pounds, room temperature2.5 lb
Parsley, chopped, 2 tbsp12 g

 

Method

  1. Heat olive oil on medium heat. Sweat shallot and garlic until soft and fragrant. Add chopped capers and sauté for another 1-2 minutes.
  2. Fold sautéed shallot-garlic-caper mix into lemon butter. Add chopped parsley and mix thoroughly. Shape as desired and refrigerate.

Use as a topping for hot meats and seafood.
