  1. Heat olive oil on medium heat. Sweat shallot and garlic until soft and fragrant. Add chopped capers and sauté for another 1-2 minutes.
  2. Fold sautéed shallot-garlic-caper mix into lemon butter. Add chopped parsley and mix thoroughly. Shape as desired and refrigerate.

Use as a topping for hot meats and seafood.
