Ingredients

Butter 8 oz
Confection sugar 2 oz
Vanilla extract 1 tsp
All purpose flour 18 oz
Salt 0.13 tsp
NESTLÉ® Butterfinger® Pieces 3 oz
Confection sugar 2 oz
NESTLÉ® Butterfinger® Pieces 1.5 oz

Method

  1. In a small mixing bowl cream butter, confectioner’s sugar and vanilla until light and fluffy on medium low; about 2-3 minutes.
  2. Add flour and salt and mix until just blended. Stir in 3 oz Butterfinger Pieces. Dough will be stiff.
  3. Using a #40 scoop, portion and roll into 1-inch balls.
  4. Bake in a 275°F convection oven for 20-25 minutes or until light brown on edges.
  5. In a small bowl, roll in confectioner’s sugar while still hot. Cool on wire racks.
  6. In a small bowl, roll again in confectioner’s sugar when cool. Sprinkle tops with 1.5 oz Butterfinger Pieces.
