Cake, pound, commercially prepared, fat-free 46 oz
Egg 14 oz
Milk 28 oz
Granulated sugar 7 oz
Vanilla extract, 2 tsp 10 g
Nestlé Butterfinger Pieces 6 x 1.36 kilograms 8 oz

Method

  1. Preheat conventional oven to 350°F. grease a large baking dish and set aside.
  2. Dice up pound cake into 2x2 cubes. And place in a large mixing bowl
  3. Whisk eggs, milk, sugar and vanilla together in a bowl. Carefully pour the custard mixture over the pound cake pieces, letting the liquid absorb into the pound cake.
  4. Add butterfinger pieces and toss gently a couple of times until the butterfinger is evenly dispersed.
  5. Bake for 45 minutes or until set and top is golden brown.
