Stouffer's Ready-to-Eat Smoky Black Beans, cooked1 cup
Chorizo sausage, raw, cooked and drained0.5 cup
Queso cheese dip, gluten free0.75 cup
Salsa, thick and chunky, medium0.33 cup

 

Method

  1. In a small oven able crock, layer the beans, cooked chorizo and queso cheese dip.
  2. Place the crock into a 350° F conventional oven for 6-8 minutes, until cheese is boiling.
  3. Remove from oven and garnish with the salsa.
  4. Serve immediately with warm tortilla chips.
