Chicken, whole 3.5 lb
Olive oil 0.25 cup
Minor's Red Chile Adobo Flavor Concentrate Gluten Free 6 x 13.6 ounces 0.24 cup

Method

  1. Wash and pat dry chicken.
  2. Combine oil and red chile adobo.
  3. Rub chicken on all sides with adobo mixture.
  4. Place in a large sauté pan, place a heavy object such as a brick or pot on top to weigh the chicken down without smashing.
  5. Halfway through cooking turn chicken over and repeat with other side.
  6. Cook until done.
