Ingredients

Potato, boiled, skinned, mashed 18 oz
Onion, diced, sautéed 4 oz
Peas, green, fresh, blanched 3 oz
Maggi Thai Style Red Curry Paste 6 x 14.4 ounces 0.75 oz
Wonton skins 9 oz

Method

  1. Combine potatoes, onions, peas, and Thai Style Red Curry Paste.
  2. Dab a brush in water and brush the perimeter of each wonton skin with water. There should be just enough water on the edges to form a seal when pressed together.
  3. Add 2 tbsp of potato mix to the center of each wonton skin. Press edges together until sealed.
  4. Fry samosa until interior is hot and outside is golden and crispy.

These Indian-inspired snacks are delicious served with Cilantro Lime Dipping Sauce.
