Ingredients

Sour cream, reduced fat 5 oz
Mayonnaise, low sodium, low calorie or diet, reduced fat 3 oz
Vinegar, cider 1 tsp
Granulated sugar 0.5 tsp
Mint, fresh, chopped 1 tbsp
Coriander (cilantro) leaves, raw, cilantro, fresh, chopped 1 tbsp
Maggi Thai Style Red Curry Paste 6 x 14.4 ounces 1 oz

Method

  1. Thoroughly whisk together the sour cream, mayonnaise, vinegar, sugar, mint, cilantro and Maggi Thai Style Red Curry Paste. Keep chilled for service.

Use approximately 1 Tbsp. of slaw dressing per cup of slaw. Add slaw to fish tacos for a unique twist on a popular menu item.
