Maggi Spicy Seasoning 6 x 400 ml1 tbsp
Rice vinegar1 tbsp
Mirin1 tbsp
Oil, sesame, salad or cooking1 tsp
Ginger, minced, grated1 tsp
Tofu, Yube (tofu skin), fresh, cut into strips, cooked and cooled, 2 cups8 oz
Seaweed, wakame, raw, 1/2 cup2.5 oz
Celery, shaved, 1/2 cup1.25 oz
Spinach, fresh, chiffonade1 oz
Carrot, shaved, 1/4 cup0.5 oz
Long green onion, shaved, 1/4 cup0.25 oz
White sesame seeds, toasted1 tsp



  1. Whisk together Spicy Seasoning, rice vinegar, mirin, sesame oil and ginger into a dressing.
  2. Add yuba, seaweed, celery, spinach, carrots, green onions and toasted sesame seed into salad dressing.

Adjust seasoning with Maggi Spicy Seasoning and mirin.
