Minor's Sun Dried Tomato Pesto Flavor Concentrate Gluten Free 6 x 13.6 ounces 13.6 oz
Olive oil 0.5 cup
Balsamic vinegar 0.25 cup
French bread, baquette, sliced 1/4 inch thick 13.5 oz
Goats cheese, soft, crumbled 20 oz

Method

  1. In a bowl, combine Sun Dried Tomato Pesto, oil and vinegar until liquid is absorbed.
  2. Slightly toast French bread.
  3. For each hors d'oeuvre, spread 1/2 oz goat cheese on top of 1 slice of bread. Top with 1 tbsp of Sun Dried Tomato Pesto spread.

Garnish with fresh basil.
