Cider vinegar 8 oz
Water 4 oz
Brown sugar 3.88 oz
Minor's Bacon Base (No Added MSG)* 6 x 1 pound 2.01 oz
Vegetable oil 4 oz
Cornstarch 2 tbsp
Water 1 oz


  1. In a sauce pot, combine vinegar, Water, brown sugar and Bacon Base. Heat to boil. Reduce heat; stirring constantly, slowly pour in vegetable oil. Continue to stir until combined.
  2. In a small bowl, blend cornstarch and Water into a smooth slurry using a wire whip.
  3. Gradually pour the slurry into the simmering liquid. Continue stirring until blended. Bring to a hard simmer for 2 minutes.
  4. Serve warm.

Garnish with chopped bacon.
