Minor's Culinary Cream 2 x 5 pounds1 tbsp
Butter, unsalted, diced, cold1 lb

 

Method

  1. In a small sauce pot whisk together the Maggi Seasoning and Culinary Cream.
  2. Bring to a simmer over medium heat.
  3. Use a wire whip to slowly emulsify the butter into the sauce.

Serve as a sauce for steaks, chops, and even vegetables.
