Preparation

For food safety and quality, read and follow these COOKING INSTRUCTIONS to ensure that product reaches an internal temperature of 165°F. Cooking time may vary based on equipment and quantity cooked in equipment. Check for doneness using thermometer.

CONVECTION OVEN 325ºF PREHEATED: Dome lid away from product crimping tightly over tray edges. Place tray on a baking sheet. Remove lid during last 10-15 minutes. Cook Frozen (0ºF) product for 1 hour and 25-30 min./Thawed (40°F or less) product for 40-45 min. 

CONVENTIONAL OVEN 400ºF PREHEATED: Dome lid away from product crimping tightly over tray edges. Place tray on a baking sheet. Remove lid during last 15-20 minutes. Cook Frozen (0°F) product for 1 hour and 40-45 minutes/Thawed (40ºF or less) product for 50-55 min. 

MICROWAVE OVEN 1100 Watt: Cook loosely covered in microwave-safe container. Cook 8 oz Thawed (40ºF or less) product on 50% Power 4 to 4 1/2 min.

  • Product must be cooked to an internal temperature of 165ºF.
  • Let stand 10-15 minutes before serving.
  • If thawing, product must be thawed under refrigeration (40ºF) for no more than 48 hours prior to cooking. DO NOT REFREEZE.
