Preparation

For food safety and quality, follow these COOKING INSTRUCTIONS to ensure that product reaches an internal temperature of 165°F. Cooking time may vary based on equipment and quantity cooked in equipment. Check for doneness using thermometer.

1. Thaw pouch under refrigeration.

2. Cut off one corner of pouch; pour contents into mixing bowl. Mix in up to 2 lbs of cooked chicken (or other cooked meats).

3. Cook to 165°F.

  • Product must be cooked to an internal temperature of 165°F. Stir well before checking temperature.
  • Product must be thawed under refrigeration (40°F) up to 48 hours prior to cooking. DO NOT REFREEZE.
