PREPARATION & STORAGE

Preparation

For Food Safety and Quality follow cooking instructions: Cook entire product to internal temperature of 165°F. If thawing, product must be thawed under refrigeration (40°F) for no more than 7 days prior to cooking. DO NOT REFREEZE.

CONVECTION OVEN (375°F Preheated): Place tray on baking sheet. Cover with aluminum foil. Cook Frozen (0°F) product 45-50 minutes; Thawed (40°F or Less) product 35-40 minutes.

CONVENTIONAL OVEN (400°F Preheated): Place tray on baking sheet. Cover with aluminum foil. Cook Frozen (0°F) product 50-55 minutes; Thawed (40°F or Less) product 40-45 minutes.
 
COMBI OVEN (375°F Low Fan Speed Preheated):  Place tray on baking sheet. Cover with aluminum foil. Cook Frozen (0°F) product 45-50 minutes; Thawed (40°F or Less) product 35-40 minutes.
