Preparation

To enhance scratch stocks, add Base to reach desired flavor level. To make an instant fully seasoned stock/broth, add Base to water and stir:

1 lb base + 5 gallons water

5 lbs base + 25 gallons water

25 lbs base (1 container) + 125 gallons water
