NESCAFÉ BEAN-TO-CUP COFFEE MACHINE CLEANING INSTRUCTIONS

Daily Cleaning Guide

Create the ideal coffee experience for your customers by cleaning and refilling your NESCAFÉ Bean-To-Cup Coffee Machine every day. Daily cleaning takes less than five minutes.

DAILY CLEANING: STEP-BY-STEP

Unlock Coffee Machine

Unlock the coffee machine and enter password: 1111. Then touch the “checkmark” button.

Remove Components

Remove the drip tray and blue waste container.

Raise Spouts & Remove Canisters

Raise the spouts and remove the powder canisters.

Refill Coffee Beans

Push in the green lever. Carefully fill the coffee bean hopper with NESCAFÉ Whole Bean Espresso. Pull out the green lever.

Refill & Replace Canisters

Use a scoop to fill the powder canisters. Place them back into the coffee machine and push the spouts down.

Clean & Replace Waste Containers

Empty the coffee grounds and wipe out the blue waste container. Place a paper towel in the bottom to make the next cleaning easier. Put the waste container back into the coffee machine. Wipe out the drip tray and place it into the machine.

Re-Lock Coffee Machine

Press the right arrow at the top of the touchscreen. Touch YES to reset the solid waste. Close the door on the coffee machine and turn the key.

Keep your NESCAFÉ Bean-To-Cup Coffee running its best with a deeper weekly clean. Weekly cleaning takes only about 10 minutes.

WEEKLY CLEANING: STEP-BY-STEP

Unlock Coffee Machine

Unlock the coffee machine and enter password: 1111. Then touch the “checkmark” button.

Remove Components

Remove the drip tray and blue waste container.

Raise Spouts & Remove Canisters

Raise the spouts and remove the powder canisters.

Unlock & Remove Mixing Bowls

Unlock and remove the blue mixing bowls.

Clean Inside Machine

Use a soft cloth to remove any powder or liquid inside the coffee machine.

Refill & Replace Canisters

Use a wet cloth to clean the blue mixing bowls then lock them back into the machine. Use a scoop to fill the powder canisters. Place them back into the coffee machine and push the spouts down.

Refill Coffee Beans

Push in the green lever. Carefully fill the coffee bean hopper with NESCAFÉ Whole Bean Espresso. Pull out the green lever.

Clean & Replace Waste Containers

Perform A Mixer Rinse

Close the door of the coffee machine and place an empty container under the dispenser. On the menu screen, touch the three horizontal bars in the top left-hand corner. Then touch DAILY ACTIONS 1, CLEANING/RINSING 1.1, COMPLETE RINSE, and OK.

Why isn’t the NESCAFÉ Bean-To-Cup Coffee Machine dispensing milk and/or chocolate?

You may have a blockage. Remove and clean the blue mixing bowls. See STEP 7 in the WEEKLY CLEANING: STEP-BY-STEP. Also make sure that there is milk and/or chocolate powder in the right canisters.

Why won’t the coffee machine dispense coffee?

Remove, empty and replace the blue waste container that holds used coffee grounds. Also ensure that the hopper is full of coffee beans and the green lever is pulled out to allow the beans to flow into the grinder. Make sure that the instant coffee canister is full.

Why is the touchscreen displaying a WASTE CONT FULL message?

The blue waste container needs emptied. Open the door of the coffee machine and remove the drip tray. Then remove, empty, and replace the blue waste container that holds used coffee grounds. Replace the drip tray; close and lock the door.

Why is the touchscreen displaying EMPTY THE TRAY?

The drip tray needs emptied. Open the door of the coffee machine. Then remove, empty, and wipe out the drip tray. Replace the drip tray; close and lock the door.
