Nestlé Professional USA Provides Opportunities for Women Leaders

From discovering new tools to expanding networks, here’s how Nestlé Professional is building capabilities and advancing careers of women leaders.

The Nestlé Professional team celebrated Women’s History Month by participating in the Women’s Foodservice Forum (WFF) Leadership Conference.

This exciting event was filled with inspirational speakers, including Sunny Hostin, Carla Harris, and Mel Robbins who shared exceptional strategies to navigate the personal and professional world. The Nestlé Professional team was inspired and energized after listening to their powerful stories—walking away with new ideas to integrate into their own work and lives.

Different skill-building sessions at the conference helped the team learn many actionable techniques, including how to embrace change, thrive through chaos, negotiate, make their voice heard, achieve results, own their career development, and create high-impact relationships.
