Chicken, whole3.5 lb
Olive oil0.25 cup
Minor's® Ancho Flavor Concentrate Gluten Free0.24 cup

 

Method

  1. Wash and pat dry chicken.
  2. Combine oil and Ancho Flavor Concentrate.
  3. Rub chicken on all sides with Ancho mixture.
  4. Place in a large sauté pan, place a heavy object such as a brick or pot on top to weigh the chicken down without smashing.
  5. Halfway through cooking turn chicken over and repeat with other side.
  6. Cook until done.
