Ingredients
  • Chicken, whole -- 3.5 lb
  • Olive oil -- 0.25 cup
  • Minor's® Ancho Flavor Concentrate Gluten Free -- 0.25 cup
Preparation

    Wash and pat dry chicken.

    Combine oil and Ancho Flavor Concentrate.
  • 3
    Rub chicken on all sides with Ancho mixture.
  • 4
    Place in a large sauté pan, place a heavy object such as a brick or pot on top to weigh the chicken down without smashing.

    Halfway through cooking turn chicken over and repeat with other side.

    Cook until done.
