GARLIC & HERB MASHED POTATOES0
Instant Mashed Potatoes - prepared, 5 cups40 oz
Italian seasoning, dried, 3 tbsp.1 oz
Garlic, granulated, 2 tbsp.0.5 oz
Andouille sausage, or Breakfast Sausage Link of choice, prepared, 20 each15 oz
Onions, raw, Yellow, sliced, caramelized, 1-1/4 cup7.5 oz
Chef-mate Country Sausage Gravy 6 x 105 ounces, warmed, 2-1/2 cups20 oz

Method

  1. To make garlic and herb mashed potatoes, fold Italian season and garlic into mashed potatoes until evenly incorporated.
  2. To assemble: Scoop 4 oz. portion of Garlic and Herb Mashed Potatoes onto side of plate.
  3. Place two breakfast sausage links next to mashed potatoes.
  4. Top with caramelized onions and Country Sausage Gravy.

Garnish with Parsley and serve warm with dinner roll.
