Instant Mashed Potatoes, prepared5 cups
Italian seasoning, dried3 tbsp
Garlic, granulated2 tbsp
Andouille sausage, or breakfast sausage link of choice, prepared20 ea
Onions, yellow, sliced, caramelized

1 1/4 cups

Chef-mate Country Sausage Gravy 6 x 105 ounces, warmed2 1/2 cups
Parsley, chopped, for garnishas needed



  1. To make garlic and herb mashed potatoes, fold Italian season and garlic into mashed potatoes until evenly incorporated.
  2. To assemble: Scoop 4 oz portion of Garlic and Herb Mashed Potatoes onto side of plate.
  3. Place two sausage links next to mashed potatoes.
  4. Top with caramelized onions and 1/4 cup of Country Sausage Gravy.

Garnish with parsley
