Bourbon Marinated Skirt Steak

  • Bourbon whiskey, Kentucky bourbon -- 4 oz
  • Olive oil, or Canola -- 4 oz
  • Minor's Bourbon Style Sauce RTU 4 x 0.5 gallon -- 20 oz
  • Minor's Ancho Flavor Concentrate Gluten Free 6 x 14.4 ounces -- 2 tbsp
  • Beef, skirt steak, inside, lean, raw, trimmed -- 2 lb

Combine the Bourbon Sauce, Ancho Flavor Concentrate, bourbon and oil and add to the trimmed skirt steak. Marinate for a minimum of 4 hours or overnight in a refrigerator.

On a medium hot grill, cook until medium rare.
