Minor's Bourbon Style Sauce RTU 4 x 0.5 gallon 20 oz
Minor's Ancho Flavor Concentrate Gluten Free 6 x 14.4 ounces 2 tbsp
Beef, skirt steak, inside, lean, raw, trimmed 2 lb


  1. Combine the Bourbon Sauce, Ancho Flavor Concentrate, bourbon and oil and add to the trimmed skirt steak. Marinate for a minimum of 4 hours or overnight in a refrigerator.
  2. On a medium hot grill, cook until medium rare.
