Bourbon whiskey, Kentucky bourbon4 oz
Olive oil, or Canola4 oz
Minor's Bourbon Style Sauce RTU 4 x 0.5 gallon20 oz
Minor's Ancho Flavor Concentrate Gluten Free 6 x 14.4 ounces2 tbsp
Beef, skirt steak, inside, lean, raw, trimmed2 lb

 

Method

  1. Combine the Bourbon Sauce, Ancho Flavor Concentrate, bourbon and oil and add to the trimmed skirt steak. Marinate for a minimum of 4 hours or overnight in a refrigerator.
  2. On a medium hot grill, cook until medium rare.
