Ingredients

Yoghurt, Greek Style, Light 8 oz
Rice vinegar 1 fl.oz
Agave, nectar 1 oz
Minor's Fire Roasted Jalapeño Flavor Concentrate Gluten Free 6 x 13.6 ounces 2 tsp
Broccoli Slaw, pre-packaged 24 oz
Scallions, thin sliced 1 oz
Pineapple, fresh, medium diced 11 oz

Method

  1. In a large bowl, combine yogurt, vinegar, agave syrup and Fire Roasted Jalapeno Flavor Concentrate. Stir until well blended.
  2. Add broccoli slaw, Scallionss and pineapple; toss to coat.
  3. Keep refrigerated until use.
  4. Use to accompany a Turkey Loco Moco.
