Yoghurt, Greek Style, Light8 oz
Rice vinegar1 fl.oz
Agave, nectar1 oz
Minor's Fire Roasted Jalapeño Flavor Concentrate Gluten Free 6 x 13.6 ounces2 tsp
Broccoli Slaw, pre-packaged24 oz
Scallions, thin sliced1 oz
Pineapple, fresh, medium diced11 oz

 

Method

  1. In a large bowl, combine yogurt, vinegar, agave syrup and Fire Roasted Jalapeno Flavor Concentrate. Stir until well blended.
  2. Add broccoli slaw, Scallionss and pineapple; toss to coat.
  3. Keep refrigerated until use.
  4. Use to accompany a Turkey Loco Moco.
