Broccoli Pineapple Slaw

  • Yogurt, Greek Style, Light -- 8 oz.
  • Rice vinegar -- 1 fl.oz.
  • Agave, nectar -- 1 oz.
  • Minor's Fire Roasted Poblano Flavor Concentrate Gluten Free 6 x 13.6 ounces -- 2 tsp.
  • Broccoli Slaw, pre-packaged -- 24 oz.
  • Scallions, thin sliced -- 1 oz.
  • Pineapple, fresh, medium diced 11 oz
Preparation

In a large bowl, combine yogurt, vinegar, agave syrup and Fire Roasted Jalapeño Flavor Concentrate. Stir until well blended.

Add broccoli slaw, scallions and pineapple; toss to coat.

Keep refrigerated until use.
