  • Tomato juice -- 6 cups
  • Lemon juice, fresh -- 3/4 cup
  • Worcestershire sauce -- 1 Tbsp
  • Tabasco, hot chili sauce -- 1 Tbsp
  • Salt, seasoned, Celery salt -- 1 Tbsp
  • Minor's Clam Base -- 3/4 tsp
  • Chile flakes, dry -- 2 g
  • CAESAR MARGARITA
  • Mock Clamato Juice, 5 cups -- 48 fl oz
  • Tequila -- 2 1/2 cups
  • Triple Sec Liqueur, or Cointreau -- 1 1/4 cup
  • Worcestershire sauce -- 3 Tbsp
  • Tabasco, hot chili sauce -- 1 1/2 Tbsp
Preparation

Combine tomato juice, lemon juice, Worcestershire sauce, hot sauce, celery salt, Clam Base, and chili flakes in a large container. Using a wire whisk, mix thoroughly. Chill and hold in refrigerator.

Combine mock clamato juice, tequila, Cointreau, Worcestershire sauce, and Tabasco sauce in a shaker with ice. Shake until fully mixed and frothy. Hold in refrigerator for service.
