Minor's Clam Base 6 x 1 pound, 3/4 tsp.6 g

Mock Clamato Juice, 5 cups40 fl.oz
Tequila, 2-1/2 cups20 oz
Triple Sec Liqueur, Cointreau, 1-1/4 cup10 fl.oz
Worcestershire sauce, 3 tbsp.1.5 fl.oz
Tabasco, hot chilli sauce, 1-1/2 tbsp.1 fl.oz



  1. Combine tomato juice, lemon juice, Worcestershire sauce, hot sauce, celery salt, Clam Base and pepper flakes in a large container. Using a wire whisk, mix thoroughly. Chill and hold in refrigerator.
  2. Combine mock clamato juice, tequila, Cointreau, Worcestershire Sauce and Tabasco Sauce in a shaker with ice. Shake until fully mixed and frothy. Hold in refrigerator for service.
