Chicken wings, jointed 5 lb
All purpose flour 2 cup
Minor's Caribbean Style Sauce RTU 4 x 0.5 gallon 1.5 cup


  1. Rinse and dry Chicken wingss. Place flour in a bowl. Dredge wings in flour and shake off excess.
  2. Place wings in a pre-heated 350°F deep fryer for 12-14 minutes or until golden brown and center of wings are 165°F.
  3. Remove from fryer and toss wings with Caribbean Style Sauce. Serve hot.
