Caribbean-Style Wings

  • Chicken wings, jointed -- 5 lb
  • All purpose flour -- 2 cup
  • Minor's Caribbean Style Sauce RTU 4 x 0.5 gallon -- 1.5 cup
Preparation

Rinse and dry Chicken wings. Place flour in a bowl. Dredge wings in flour and shake off excess.

Place wings in a pre-heated 350°F deep fryer for 12-14 minutes or until golden brown and center of wings are 165°F.

Remove from fryer and toss wings with Caribbean Style Sauce. Serve hot.
